It sounds like the HDD was in a secure boot format and is not, or the BIOS is not in UEFI so reset the BIOS to defaults and try again. So i did without any problems. If the test returns any error contact the manufacturer. I noticed that when i install the windows when i hit 2/3 of the installation process, it needs reboot and never continues from where it left off.

I found one somewhere in the C:\$Windows.BT folder it made and backed up the one in C:\ and replace it. windows will not boot!
