Why do major international universities still have courses in languages other than English? It almost seems like it forgets the bios setting after a boot.. It's spinning silently in the computer now, and isn't detected. If it opens ok, then the drive is not your problem, but make a backup anyway if you have something to backup to just as a general rule of thumb.
